Message from the Deputy Commissioner

ICT, in the world we live today, has become a technological revolution in helping to bring about socio-economic development and scientific and technological progress to a nation.

India is one of the largest provider of IT services and manpower in the world today, and with the Prime Minister's visions and programmes like "Make in India" and "Digital India", we aim at bringing that advantage inwards in helping to empower and strengthen the citizens right down to people living in rural and far remote areas, through the power of information.

With this website, I strongly believe that we are taking a step forward towards technological advancement and empowerment of the good people of this District. I strongly urge every person, citizens and my fellow colleagues, to actively partake in this technological movement by using this website to the best of our interest and advantage.

- Shri. Walpeelter Roy Lyngdoh, IAS

Deputy Commissioner
